What platforms does NextThere support?

NextThere is an iOS-first app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. It requires iOS 14.0 or later and watchOS 9.0 or later for the Apple Watch app. An Android version is not currently available.

Can you build a custom or white-label version for our network?

Yes. AppJourney has built custom branded versions of NextThere for transit agencies including Sydney Trains. Get in touch to discuss your requirements — we can typically scope and propose within a week.

How does NextThere handle passenger privacy?

NextThere does not collect identifiable information about users or their travel patterns. Any data sent as part of requesting real-time services is anonymised, and the platform uses best-practice end-to-end encryption throughout.
